Anti aging, or cosmetic medicine, is a set of treatments which fight against the signs of aging without requiring surgical intervention. These methods are increasingly popular.

These are treatments requiring no surgical incisions. They are carried out on the face or facial areas.

As is the case with more “invasive” techniques, these procedures should be performed by professional specialists.

• the small and common wrinkles as well as deeper furrows
• the stains and the imperfections of the skin
• the loss of face volume
• lips contouring and volume

Reasons for using“Botox”:

“Botox”, or botulinum toxin is used to treat wrinkles with facial expression and those formed by muscle contractions on:

  • The forehead
  • The area of the eyebrow (lion’s wrinkle)
  • The area around the eyes (crow’s feet)

“Botox” injection technique:

This is injected into the muscles which causes wrinkles. Botox has a “relaxing” effect on the muscles, thus reducing and in some cases erasing the wrinkles. The effects are comparable to a mild facelift.

Results of “Botox” injections:

Several days after the botulinium toxin injection, the wrinkles will reduce and start to disappear. The maximum effect is evident after 15 days.

Duration of “Botox” treatment:

Botox has an effect lasting between 3 to 6 months, depending on the person.

We recommend three sessions the first year and then a session every 6 months.

Hyaluronic acid is a dermal filler which is naturally present in the body and is responsible for the hydration and tonicity of the skin. It fades with time, causing furrows, wrinkles and loss of volume.

Reasosn for using hyaluronic acid:

Hyaluronic acid is used to fill and give volume to:

  • The contour of the face
  • The cheekbones
  • The outer face of the hands
  • The nasogenian grooves and the labial folds

It is used to define, correct and give volume to the lips

Hyaluronic acid injection procedure:

Hyaluronic acid is introduced in injections into the dermis, the middle layer of the skin.

Results of hyaluronic acid injections:

Sculpting with hyaluronic acid is immediately visible. The result is truly noticed in two or three weeks. The quality of the skin and its appearance are significantly improved.

Duration of hyaluronic acid treatment:

The hyaluronic acid is a re-absorbable product that starts disappearing 6 – 12 months after it is administrated, depending on the case and the treated areas.

Peeling techniques:

Peeling involves a chemical being applied to the skin: either glycolic acid or TCA (trichloroacetic acid).   This results in minor or major peeling depending on the concentration of the acid used.

The concentration of the product depends on your skin type and the desired result.

  • A superficial peeling is done in four sessions with intervals of 15 days between each session
  • A medium peeling is done in 2 sessions.

Peeling results:

A superficial peeling has progressive results

A medium peeling has a deeper effect, and erases blemishes and small wrinkles

The choice of products injected, the dosage, and the number of sessions depends on the type of cellulite.

These cellulite treatments are effective in cases of diffuse cellulitis.
